Job Description

Looking for a Pharmacy Executive to manage medicine inventory, dispensing, and compliance with hospital pharmacy standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense prescription and non-prescription medicines in accordance with regulations and guidelines.
Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure accuracy and patient safety.
Counsel patients/customers on the correct use of medications, possible side effects, and storage instructions.
Maintain proper records of prescriptions and controlled substances as per legal requirements.
Manage inventory, including stock ordering, storage, and expiry date monitoring.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to clarify prescriptions and address patient needs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and pharmacy regulatory standards.
Handle billing, insurance claims, and related documentation.
Assist in training and supervising junior pharmacy staff, if required.
