Pharmacy Billing Staff

Job Description: We are hiring an experienced and customer-friendly person for our pharmacy. The candidate should be able to: Operate Profitmaker POS software for billing and stock handling Identify medicines from prescriptions accurately Interact politely with customers and provide guidance on products Suggest suitable alternative medicines when prescribed items are unavailable (as per doctor’s direction/medical equivalence) Maintain proper product arrangement and assist in daily pharmacy operations Responsibilities: Handle customer billing on Profitmaker POS Read and process prescriptions correctly Check product expiry, batch, and stock levels Explain dosage / medicine use when needed Ensure good customer service and handle queries Requirements: Experience in pharmacy/medical store (minimum 1 year preferred) Knowledge of Profitmaker POS software (mandatory) Ability to read prescriptions and identify medicines correctly Good communication and polite behavior with customers Knowledge of generic/alternative medicines is an advantage Job Location: near palika bazar, Secunderabad Salary:₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month Timings:1 pm – 11 pm or 8am to 6 pm Benefits: training, overtime allowance Contact: Kishan, 9966913377
