Role Overview:

One Health Assist is seeking a qualified and compassionate Pharmacist Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. This hybrid role combines clinical nursing duties with pharmaceutical responsibilities to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care. In addition to in-clinic support, the role involves fieldwork for community health initiatives such as free health check-ups and tests, in coordination with managers and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
• Dispense medications accurately and maintain pharmacy inventory.
• Educate patients on correct medication usage, potential side effects, and safety protocols.
• Support doctors and clinical staff in treatment plans and patient care activities.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient interactions, prescriptions, and nursing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare, nursing, and pharmacy regulations and protocols.
• Provide first-aid and basic clinical support when necessary.
• Participate in field activities such as free health camps and awareness drives along with managers.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve patient outcomes and promote preventive healthcare.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc Nursing) and Pharmacy (D. Pharma/B. Pharma).
• Valid and up-to-date nursing and pharmacy licenses/registrations.
• Strong knowledge of medications, dosages, side effects, and patient care procedures.
• Compassionate and patient-focused with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and mobile healthcare environment.
• Willingness to travel locally for field activities and community health outreach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
