Pharmacist for Gurgaon Sector-67

Summary:

We're seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our team at All is Well Pharmacy Lab & Clinic in Gurgaon. In this role, you'll dispense medications, provide counseling, manage inventory, and collaborate with our clinic's healthcare providers to ensure exceptional patient care. You will get an opportunity to be instrumental in building this one of a kind new healthcare centre in Gurgaon along with the founders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medication Dispensing: Dispense prescriptions accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulations.
• Patient Counseling and Support: Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and potential interactions. Answer inquiries clearly and professionally.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, order supplies proactively, and ensure proper storage and disposal of medications.
• Record-Keeping and Billing: Utilize pharmacy software for record maintenance, billing, and reporting.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clinic doctors and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Sales and Customer Service: Recommend appropriate over-the-counter medications and promote pharmacy offers to enhance the patient experience.
• Delivery Management: Oversee order verification, secure packaging, and delivery coordination. Proactively resolve delivery issues and address customer inquiries.
• Business Development & Outreach: Collaborate on pharmacy promotions and campaigns. Represent the pharmacy at local health events to build community relationships.

Qualifications:

• Required:
• B.Pharma or D.Pharma degree
• Valid Haryana pharmacist license
• Experience in a retail pharmacy setting
• Proficiency in pharmacy software systems
• Strong understanding of pharmacology and medication safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred:
• Well spoken English
• Prior experience with supplier management
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning in the field of pharmacy
