Title: Chief Commercial Officer Location: Remote Job Summary We're looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to lead market entry and forge client partnerships for pharmaceutical APIs. This role is exclusively focused on sales enablement, market development, identifying new opportunities, and driving strategic collaborations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the pharmaceutical API industry and a robust network to establish a significant market presence. Key Responsibilities P&L Management: Drive and manage the profit and loss for assigned products. Market Entry & Expansion: Open new pathways to markets for pharmaceutical APIs by leveraging existing networks and developing strategic entry points. Partnership Development: Initiate and negotiate client partnerships with pharmaceutical/drug companies and other relevant stakeholders. Business Opportunity Identification: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the API market, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Industry Relationship Building: Cultivate strong connections within the pharmaceutical industry to enhance market presence and foster partnerships. Market Intelligence: Provide valuable insights on market dynamics, including emerging trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements, to inform strategic decisions. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align production, supply chain, and marketing efforts with market demands. Requirements International Commercial Experience: Must have international exposure in the Pharma API business with proven experience in similar leadership roles. Extensive Industry Experience: Minimum of 15-20 years of proven experience in the pharmaceutical API industry. API Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the API market and key players.
