Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. Key Responsibilities: Product Promotion: Present and promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, providing detailed information on product benefits, usage, and clinical data. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to influence prescribing behavior and increase product adoption. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory through effective sales strategies and customer engagement. Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry, including new products, regulations, and medical research. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market conditions. Submit regular reports to management. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
