As a SAP Security & GRC Administrator with 5-9 years of experience, your primary role will involve leading and managing SAP security projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within the defined scope and budget. You will be responsible for resolving SAP issues reported by business users, implementing enhancements as required, and completing tasks assigned by the team lead and project manager. Interacting with business users for requirement gathering, analyzing issues, and providing timely progress updates will also be part of your responsibilities. Your expertise should include a deep understanding of SAP Security in ECC, BIBWBW4, HANA, GRC Access Control, SOLMAN, and HANA Security. Proficiency in SAP role design, segregation of duties (SoD), and experience in security activities for Upgrade S4 HANA, Fiori, BW4 HANA, and SOx report automation is highly desirable. Additionally, familiarity with GRC Process Control, Continuous Compliance Monitoring, and knowledge of business processes in the life sciences pharmaceutical domain will be advantageous. You should possess the ability to comprehend business requirements from users, prepare functional specifications, and understand the integration of SAP modules in end-to-end business processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with an understanding of ITIL processes, Application lifecycle management, and the capability to work in a large, globally distributed team are essential for this role. Experience in various Estimation Techniques, proficiency in English with strong spoken and written skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are qualities that will further enhance your performance as a SAP Security & GRC Administrator.
