Pharma telecalling

You will be working as a Pharma Tele caller at Chemist Box Private Limited, a leading retail pharmacy chain in Patna with 13 physical stores and 1 online outlet. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to prospective customers, healthcare professionals, and pharmacies. - Promoting and explaining pharmaceutical products and services clearly and accurately. - Answering customer inquiries regarding products, usage, and pricing. - Maintaining and updating customer databases with relevant information. - Following up with leads and prospects to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Providing feedback to the management team on customer needs. - Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities for growth. - Handling any complaints or concerns effectively and professionally. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Proven experience as a Tele caller or similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. - Excellent communication skills with a strong command of Hindi & English. - A background in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field is an advantage. In addition to your responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers an annual salary range of 180,000 to 200,000 INR.,
