Job Title: Pharma Telecaller
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining products/services, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into sales.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain call quality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹9,114.42 - ₹27,340.70 per month
