To excel in this role, you should have 2 to 5 years of experience in pharma recruitment and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical industry roles and hiring practices. Previous experience collaborating with direct clients and implementation partners will be beneficial. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for successful candidate engagement. Your ability to handle multiple roles and projects simultaneously will be crucial in meeting the demands of the position. This position offers the opportunity to work in an onsite role with a shift timing of 6:30 pm to 3:30 am (US Shift).
