Qualifications & Requirements: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a recognized institute. 6–10 years of HR experience , preferably in pharmaceuticals or manufacturing sectors. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws , pharma regulatory requirements , and HR best practices. Proficient in MS Office , HRMS , payroll software , and recruitment platforms . Excellent communication , leadership , and interpersonal skills . Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with audits (USFDA, WHO-GMP, etc.) Strong understanding of shop floor HR and blue-collar workforce management. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.
