Industry: Chemicals / Minerals / Oil & Gas About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Export Sales Head to drive our barium sulphate business expansion in the USA and Middle East markets . The role involves strategic business development, high-value B2B sales, and international market leadership with a focus on oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, coatings, plastics, and related industries. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute export strategies for USA & Middle East markets Identify new opportunities in oil drilling, pharmaceuticals, coatings, and plastics industries Build long-term partnerships with oil companies, pharma firms, and chemical distributors Achieve revenue and margin growth targets Lead contract negotiations and manage large B2B sales cycles Oversee export documentation, compliance, logistics, and demand forecasting Represent the company in international exhibitions and trade shows (OTC, ADIPEC, etc.) Qualifications: 1215 years of international sales/export management experience 710 years in mining, minerals, chemicals, or related sectors Proven track record in USA and/or Middle East markets Knowledge of barium sulphate applications (oil & gas drilling fluids, pharma imaging, coatings, plastics) Strong negotiation skills and experience in handling large contracts Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering / Business / International Trade (MBA preferred) Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage) Key Skills & Competencies Leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), ERP, and export compliance systems Cultural fluency in USA and Middle Eastern business practices What we Offer Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses Extensive international travel exposure Comprehensive health and medical benefits Professional development and leadership growth opportunities ????
