Roles and Responsibilities Develop innovative chemical synthesis routes for Api's, Pharmaceuticals. Design and execute experiments to optimize reaction conditions, purify products, and improve yields. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements. Conduct literature searches, patent analysis, and intellectual property protection strategies. Maintain accurate records of experimental data, results, and protocols. Desired Candidate Profile Ph.D/Doctorate degree in Chemistry from a reputed university or institute. Minimum 8-12 years of postdoctoral experience in organic chemistry with expertise in API synthesis, NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, chromatography techniques. Strong understanding of analytical method development and validation principles. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple disciplines.
