Job Summary: CK School of Progressive Education is seeking a passionate and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Psychology to join our dynamic faculty. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Psychology concepts, a strong commitment to student success, and innovative teaching methodologies to foster a love for the subject. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Psychology lessons for senior secondary students (Classes 11 & 12) as per CBSE curriculum. Both NCERT Syllabus and NEET/JEEE Coaching experiences mandatory Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to evaluate students' progress. Provide individualized attention to students, clarify doubts, and mentor them for competitive exams. Encourage a positive learning environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. Uphold the school's values and discipline policies. Qualifications & Requirements: Masters degree in Psychology with B.Ed. Minimum 3-7 years of teaching experience in senior secondary education. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Proficiency in using technology for teaching and assessment.
