Skills: Essential skills include strong communication, creativity, patience, and the ability to plan age-appropriate activities. Teachers should be adept at observing and assessing children's progress, adapting lessons to meet individual needs, and fostering a positive, safe learning environment. Experience with play-based learning, early literacy, and numeracy is important. Collaboration with parents and colleagues, along with a genuine passion for early childhood education, is key to success.
