Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Music Teacher to join our dynamic academic team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and a student-centric teaching approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging MUsic lessons for Grades 11 and 12 in accordance with the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
• Design and evaluate assessments that test conceptual understanding and analytical skills.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment to encourage student participation and critical thinking.
• Use modern teaching aids and technology to enhance learning outcomes.
• Identify students' strengths and areas for improvement and provide academic support accordingly.
• Prepare students for board examinations and competitive entrance exams (IIT-JEE, NDA, etc.).
• Maintain student records and communicate progress to parents during PTMs.
• Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and ongoing professional development.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Postgraduate degree in Music from a recognized university.
• Freshers / B.Ed.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
• Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Proficient in digital tools such as smart boards, Google Classroom, MS Office, etc.
• Passionate about teaching and mentoring young minds.
