Job Title: Mathematics Faculty – JEE (Integrated School Program)

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics faculty member to teach students enrolled in our Integrated School Program for JEE preparation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, guiding students through problem-solving techniques, and creating a competitive yet supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics for JEE (Main and Advanced) within the integrated school schedule.
• Design and deliver engaging classroom sessions aligned with the JEE syllabus and NCERT curriculum.
• Develop and assess chapter-wise test papers, assignments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Analyse students’ performance and provide targeted feedback to improve their conceptual clarity and exam skills.
• Support academic planning, curriculum development, and regular academic reviews.
• Participate in faculty meetings, student mentoring sessions, and parent-teacher interactions.
• Coordinate with school management to ensure smooth academic implementation of the integrated program.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or Engineering from a reputed university (IIT/NIT/other leading institutions preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of classroom or online teaching experience in JEE preparation (Main/Advanced).
• Strong command over core JEE Mathematical concepts such as Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, and Vectors.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students toward achieving top performance in competitive exams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test analysis and academic reporting.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online assessment platforms.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and commitment toward student success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
