Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) English

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English to senior secondary classes (Grades 11 and 12).
Prepare and deliver well-structured lessons aligned with the curriculum (CBSE Board).
Develop and implement lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
Prepare students for board examinations with a focus on academic excellence.
Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and literary appreciation.
Evaluate student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain discipline and a positive classroom learning environment.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff training sessions.
Stay updated with current educational trends and best teaching practices.

Requirements:

Postgraduate Degree (M.A.) in English from a recognized university.
B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
Proven experience in teaching senior secondary classes.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to integrate digital tools in teaching.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in preparing students for board exams and competitions.
Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
Passionate about literature, grammar, and student development.
