As an educator in this role, your primary responsibilities will include: - Preplanning, researching, and conducting classes to make the learning process enjoyable for students. - Designing innovative assignments, homework, and test papers to enhance students" understanding. - Creating a vibrant atmosphere that encourages communication, exploration, and skill development among students. - Being passionate about the subject and instilling that passion in children to appreciate the subject holistically. - Using creative and hands-on teaching methods to make lessons relatable to real-life situations. - Fostering the inner development of each student by building confidence, identifying talents, and encouraging reflection. - Collaborating with parents to ensure a cohesive approach to the holistic growth of the students. - Taking on additional responsibilities and initiatives to support the school's vision. - Working effectively in a team with individuals from diverse backgrounds. In addition to the above responsibilities, it is required that you have: - Master's degree in Education. - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) and with CBSE curriculum. - Proficiency in the English language. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day, and the role requires in-person presence at the work location.
