Key Responsibilities

• Instruction: Deliver dynamic, curriculum-aligned lessons for Classes 11 & 12.
• Curriculum Development: Design effective lesson plans, teaching materials, and projects.
• Assessment: Create and grade assignments, tests, and practical records.
• Student Guidance: Provide individual support, foster critical thinking, and mentor students in economics activities.
• Real-World Connection: Link economic theories to current events and practical scenarios.
• Departmental Support: Mentor junior teachers and contribute to overall department goals.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Master's Degree (MA/MSc) in Economics & B.Ed..
• Experience: At least 3 years teaching senior secondary (Classes 11-12).
• Subject Expertise: Strong command of Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Indian Economic Development, and Statistics.
• Skills: Excellent communication, curriculum development, lesson planning, and student engagement.

Key Focus Areas

• Board Exams: Strong preparation for CBSE/ICSE board exams.
• Conceptual Understanding: Deep dive into economic theories and their practical applications.
• Modern Relevance: Incorporating current economic trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
