Shree Niketan Patasala - Mannivakkam West Tambaram requires an enthusiastic and experienced PGT Economics & Business Studies Teacher to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Economics and Business Studies to senior secondary students (grades 11-12)
• Prepare students for board exams through effective teaching strategies, assignments, and assessments.
• Stay updated with current trends in economics and business to provide students with relevant and up-to-date knowledge.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.
• Promote a positive and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and other extracurricular activities related to the subject.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to continuously improve teaching practices and student learning outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business Studies, or a related field (mandatory).
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of teaching experience in Economics and Business Studies at the senior secondary level.
• In-depth knowledge of the subject matter and strong command over the curriculum.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate students and foster an engaging learning environment.
• Strong understanding of examination patterns and grading systems.
