Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Commerce subjects (primarily Accountancy and Business Studies, and optionally Economics) to students of Classes 11 and 12.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with CBSE curriculum.
Prepare students for board examinations with rigorous practice and feedback.
Use modern teaching methods including ICT tools, smart boards, and digital content.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and exams.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Encourage student participation in academic and co-curricular activities.
Coordinate with parents and school administration regarding students’ progress.
Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and school events.
Maintain discipline and a conducive learning environment in the classroom.

Qualifications and Experience:

Post Graduate degree (M.Com or equivalent) in Commerce or related field.
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory as per CBSE norms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,360.30 - ₹20,914.62 per month
