Job Title: PGT Chemistry Teacher Location: [SIRSA, KASNA (GREATER NOIDA)] Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 years (preferred) Qualification: Master’s in Chemistry + B.Ed (preferred) Salary: [20,000 to 30,000 “As per interview”] Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Chemistry to join our academic faculty. The ideal candidate should be committed to creating a dynamic learning environment, possess strong subject knowledge, and have a knack for engaging senior secondary students (classes 11 and 12) in both theory and practical chemistry. Key Responsibilities: Teach Chemistry to students of classes XI and XII in accordance with the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board). Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning. Conduct lab experiments, demonstrations, and assessments to deepen conceptual understanding. Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams (like NEET, JEE, etc.). Evaluate student performance through regular assessments, assignments, and class participation. Maintain student records and provide feedback to students and parents as required. Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs. Encourage and monitor student participation in academic and co-curricular activities. Maintain discipline and uphold school values inside and outside the classroom.
