Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Physics Faculty member to join our academic team in Dindigul. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of physics concepts, effective teaching strategies, and the ability to mentor and inspire students. This role involves teaching advanced physics to high school or undergraduate students, developing curriculum, and preparing students for competitive exams, as needed. A strong academic and professional background in physics is essential. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and interactive physics lectures in line with the curriculum. Develop and implement course materials, lesson plans, and assessments. Use varied teaching methods to cater to different learning styles, fostering comprehension of complex concepts. Mentor and advise students on academic and career pathways, providing resources as needed. Evaluate student performance, offering constructive feedback to support academic growth. Stay updated with advancements in the field and integrate relevant examples into teaching. Organize workshops, seminars, and other activities to enhance the learning experience. Collaborate with other faculty members on interdisciplinary projects and curriculum improvement. Provide insights for curriculum development as a subject matter expert. Prepare students for standardized tests and entrance exams, if applicable. Qualifications: Minimum of 2+ years of teaching experience at a high school or undergraduate level. Freshers who are passionate about teaching can apply. Demonstrated success in teaching physics and classroom management. Proficiency in developing lesson plans and instructional materials. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with online teaching platforms and blended learning preferred. Strong commitment to student education and academic growth.
