Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced PGT Business Studies Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Business Studies to classes XI and XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum. You should be passionate about teaching, well-versed in subject matter, and capable of engaging students in a dynamic and interactive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured Business Studies lessons for senior secondary students. Develop lesson plans, assignments, and projects aligned with the CBSE curriculum. Prepare students for board examinations with effective teaching methodologies and regular assessments. Foster a classroom environment that promotes respect, discipline, curiosity, and a love for learning. Monitor and evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate and complete student records. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, co-curricular activities, and school events. Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and parent-teacher meetings. Requirements: Master’s degree in Business Studies/Commerce or related discipline. B.Ed. is mandatory. Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience at the PGT level (CBSE preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in the use of technology for teaching (smart boards, online platforms, etc.). Excellent organizational and classroom management skills.
