Role Summary We are hiring ambitious Wealth Managers to acquire and manage client relationships, open Demat accounts, and cross-sell investment products like Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, AIF, and Loans. This is a client-facing, revenue-driven role with strong incentives and fast career growth. Key Responsibilities Acquire clients & complete Demat/Trading account opening (KYC). Advise & cross-sell Mutual Funds (SIP/Lumpsum), Insurance (Life/Health), PMS, AIF, Loans. Build & manage long-term wealth relationships with clients. Educate clients on trading platforms & financial planning. Maintain CRM records and ensure SEBI/IRDA compliance. Consistently achieve monthly targets for accounts, AUM inflows, and premiums. Eligibility & Certifications Education: Graduation (Mandatory). Preferred Certifications: NISM Series V (Mutual Fund Distributor – Series 5) NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) Experience: 0–2 years in Wealth Management / Broking / BFSI sales. Freshers with NISM certifications are welcome. Skills Required Strong communication in Hindi & English. Target-driven, motivated, and relationship-oriented. Basic financial & investment product knowledge. CRM & MS Office familiarity preferred. Compensation Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & interview).
