Windows Admin SME (Secure Managed File Transfer Engineer) Location: Pune Experience: 8 years Company: Intellioz Solutions India Pvt Ltd We are seeking a highly skilled Windows Server SME / Secure Managed File Transfer (MFT) Engineer with strong expertise in PowerShell scripting, IIS administration, and secure file transfer solutions . This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade data transfer systems while ensuring security, performance, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Provide L3/SME-level support for Microsoft Windows Server and IIS. Design, implement, and maintain Enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions (MoveIt, Globalscape, or similar). Create and manage SFTP accounts, SSH/PGP keys, and secure file transfer workflows . Automate file transfers and server tasks using PowerShell (Python scripting is a plus). Troubleshoot and resolve file transfer failures, application issues, and Windows server incidents . Perform IIS configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting for application hosting and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable data transfer solutions . Monitor, support, and optimize DTS/MFT platforms, ensuring high availability and compliance with security standards. Participate in on-call support rotations for production systems. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of Windows Server administration (L3/SME level) . Strong hands-on expertise with PowerShell scripting (Python preferred as secondary). Proven experience with MFT tools (MoveIt, Globalscape, or similar). Deep knowledge of SFTP, FTP, HTTPS, MFT protocols , and encryption methods. Experience in IIS administration, configuration, upgrades, and security hardening . Solid understanding of SSH keys, PGP encryption , and automation of secure file transfers. Exposure to SQL, networking (Firewall/DNS/SSL/Load balancers), application security concepts . Ability to lead troubleshooting efforts for complex Windows and application performance issues . Strong communication and customer-facing skills. ITIL knowledge/certification is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop end-to-end SAP PI/PO interfaces along with connectivity and firewall implementation. Work with SAP NetWeaver architecture , including system configuration and enhancements. Expertise in FI interfaces preferred. Design and develop integrated solutions using: Service Repository and Integration Directory Graphical, Java, and XSLT mappings UDFs, dynamic configurations, node functions. Basic knowledge in cross functional modules and Basis (required for PO) preferred. Provide global support coverage, including flexible shift work as needed. Should Have Understands SAP NetWeaver architecture , functions and related business processes, systems configuration, enhancements. Strong hands on PO integration and middleware tools; experience in connecting PI to both SAP and multiple NON-SAP systems. Java exposure, working knowledge of REST adapter. Experience in managing a complex cross system integration SAP landscape/environment that supports core business functions (e.g. finance, procurement, customer relationship management) in accordance with SAP and industry best practices. Should have good Troubleshooting and debugging skills. Experience working with Finance/Banking related interfaces. Should have possess good unit Testing and UAT exposure. Proactive involvement in tasks and adhere to timelines. Knowledge on network and firewall processes. Creating and maintaining technical documents. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to cloud computing applications. Basic knowledge of SAP Basis and cross-functional modules. Experience with SAP CPI and AIF. Familiarity with B2B Add-on adapters.
