In this role, you will work with Business, Operations and PGOE Team for developing Process design drawings for Green field & Brown field projects Also, you will prepare project feasibility reports, cost estimates & execution plans Additionally, you will ensure all statutory compliance and necessary actions and preparations for applying/renewing statutory licenses with Govt bodies Also, you will be involved in execution of project at site including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, PLC, etc and ensure project completion on time and within the budget In this role, you will periodically review the work progress for achieving the project objectives, identify functional gaps if any and design corrections for establishing most effective work flows You will support in Preparation of process related drawing’s/P&ID’s and getting it approved from internal and PGOE technical team Also, you will identify & develop Indigenous Equipment’s for cost effectiveness, along with Identification of new/alternative vendors You will coordinate with procurement group for project purchases, coordinate among Projects, Procurement, Vendors, Contractors & Operations for smooth & efficient start-up and commissioning Also, you will participate in preparation of country level CAPEX planning for production sites In this role, you will promote safety culture, implement Golden Rules of Safety, Conduct SHEQ meetings, and Site tool box meetings and ensure zero accidents at project sites Also, you will support country/regional teams for new project initiatives and directive Additionally, you will assist in inspection of major items as per procurement requirement and vendor audit and validations Further, you will have active involvement of assessment and implementation of process/design changes for improvements Furthermore, you will support Sales & Marketing for new business prospects You will support in regional Harmonization & Standardization with respect to Legacy Operations/ Procedures/ Global Best Practices Also, you will support in due diligence and reviews for potential acquisition opportunities (as per biz plan) Winning in your role. You have a BE / B.Tech degree with specialization in Mechanical/ Production/ Structural Engineering You have minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Gas, Chemical and Process industry You have an experience in Project Management, Operations, Safety, Process piping, Structural engineering, Civil, Mechanical, Gas detectors, PLC and electrical systems You have an ability to understand P&ID, Structural drawings, Civil design, ESLD and control circuits Why you will love working for us! Your Key Responsibilities Gathers specifications from the business and functional departments and deliver the solution that meets the needs presented Interprets business and functional requirements and develops technical specifications documentation Must be able to work on custom integration as well as standard integration packages Must have knowledge of SAP Cloud Connector and CPI cockpit Should have worked on Java and Groovy scripting Must be aware of SAP CPI support activities Must be able to perform root cause analysis of any re-occurring or critical issues and proposing solutions for them Performs Unit, System and Integration testing at the various phases of the project lifecycle and document the results of the testing process Skills And Attributes For Success Experience with business process orchestration products like Hana Cloud Integration (HCI), Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Dell Boomi, SAP Process Integration (PI) / Process Orchestration (PO). Experience to deliver projects for customers, including requirement gathering, analysis of system landscape, technical design, and development of interface. Experience to build Integration Strategy for customers having on premise and cloud application systems (SuccessFactors, Ariba etc) with an expertise on data architecture, governance and pre-packaged cloud integration. Exposure to various business scenarios (A2A and B2B) and experience in working on all major adapters like SFTP, SOAP, REST, IDOC, ODATA, JDBC, SuccessFactors etc. Clarity of security concepts - SSL and PGP encryptions etc. Prefer to have experience in Groovy scripts. To qualify for the role, you must have College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences Approximately 3+ years of experience in a development role.
