This role is critical for driving world-class operations at the heart of our product development, delivery, and support. You'll contribute to a comprehensive process improvement strategy, focusing on scaling for future growth by enhancing quality and efficiency across the Services division through identifying and developing business process automation solutions. Role Automation Solution Design & Management: Manage complex resolutions and design and develop automation solutions to complex problems. Contribute to the ongoing incubation of new low-code applications . Project Coordination & Reporting: Manage the overall coordination, status reporting, schedules, and stability of project-oriented work efforts. Ensure project goals and objectives are met within agreed-upon time, scope, and resource requirements. Develop detailed project plans and manage all implementation processes. Regularly communicate project deliverable status to senior management and interact with stakeholders to set and manage expectations. Process Optimization & Improvement: Consult on new products, processes, standards, or plans in support of the Merchant Offers business. Optimize business processes to achieve more efficient results, including establishing standard processes and best practices.
