Role: PostgreSQL DBA Location: Hyderabad Shift timings: Overlapping US hours (6AM EST to 3:00 PM EST) Years of experience: 5+ Years of experience Job Responsibilities: Provide day to day PostgreSQL Database administration and production support Daily maintenance (vacuum, analyze) (Avoid using autovacuum) Optimize Query Performance Backups using pg_dump Assist with migration of PostgreSQL 10 to PostgreSQL 14 Some Linux administration Document architectures, data flows, and backup, spin-up procedures for emergency situations and DR situations Mandatory Skills: 5+ year of PostgreSQL DBA experience Experience with Postgress SQL 10 14 Experience with PostgresSQL data ba migrations to 14 Strong SQL skills Experience with complex query creation and performance tuning Linux admin experience Experience with bash/shell scripting Pg_dump AWS (RDS, DMS, EC2,S3) We are Navigators in the Age of Transformation: We use sophisticated technology to transform clients into the digital age, but our top priority is our positive impact on human experience.
