Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Operate and maintain
BFS
,
FFS
, and
PFS
machines in a fast-paced production environment.
Set up and adjust machines for different product runs with minimal downtime.
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on machines.
Check product quality to ensure it meets company standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any machine issues quickly.
Keep accurate records of production, maintenance, and quality checks.
Follow safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work closely with team members to meet production goals.

Preferred candidate profile

3-10 years
of hands-on experience operating BFS, FFS, and/or PFS machines in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
In-depth knowledge of Blow Fill Seal (BFS), Form Fill Seal (FFS), and Pouch Forming Seal (PFS) machine operation.
