The Anodizing Manager role at ENNOVI involves overseeing the anodizing department, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high-quality standards. The main responsibilities include motivating, coordinating, and leading a team to achieve corporate targets, monitoring anodizing processes to meet customer requirements, establishing anodizing processes for new products, training employees, recommending continuous improvement projects, and leading problem-solving teams.
