Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance. - 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, audit, and compliance roles. - Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally Prime, QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.). - Familiarity with GST, TDS, ROC filings, and other statutory compliances. - Good analytical skills and attention to detail. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. - Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic financial analysis tools. Preferred Attributes: - Experience in working with CA firms or compliance consulting firms. - Knowledge of income tax assessments and notices handling is an advantage. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
