Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & CAPA: Conduct RCA for quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and monitor their effectiveness. Customer Complaint Handling: Maintain records of customer complaints and service reports while ensuring resolution through effective coordination. Process Documentation Compliance: Ensure adherence to all process documents, including WI, PDI, CP, FMEA, Q, and PFD. Training & Support: Conduct virtual training sessions for QREs and provide support in the absence of the reporting manager.
