You will be joining our team as a highly skilled Senior Executive - HR. Your role will require you to be proficient in HR operations, experienced in end-to-end recruitment, PF processes, documentation, and employee engagement. It is important that you are well-versed with Keka HRMS and bring new initiatives to enhance our HR function. Your responsibilities will include leveraging Keka HRMS to streamline and automate HR processes, managing PF processes and employee benefits, executing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing and implementing employee engagement programs, and identifying and implementing innovative HR strategies. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, have 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and compliance, possess proficiency in Keka HRMS and other HR tools, and exhibit excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is preferred.
