Roles and Responsibilities Site Execution & Supervision Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities including excavation, foundation, tank installation, canopy erection, and pavement works Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of tasks Quality Control & Inspection Conduct regular inspections of materials and workmanship Ensure compliance with quality benchmarks and client specifications Coordinate with QA/QC teams for testing of concrete, steel, and other construction materials Safety & Regulatory Compliance Enforce safety protocols in line with PESO guidelines , fire safety norms, and environmental standards Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper use of PPE by all site personnel Maintain safety records and assist in incident reporting and audits Project Coordination & Scheduling Prepare daily progress reports and update project timelines Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials and equipment Identify delays and propose corrective actions to maintain schedule Documentation & Reporting Maintain site logs, inspection records, and material usage reports Assist in preparing handover documentation, punch lists, and compliance certificates Communicate regularly with project managers and client representatives Technical Oversight Interpret civil and structural drawings related to underground tanks, fuel lines, and dispenser foundations Supervise installation of drainage systems, kerbs, and boundary walls Ensure proper slope, compaction, and finishing of driveways and forecourt areas Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with electrical, mechanical, and fuel system teams for integrated execution Coordinate with local authorities for inspections and statutory approvals Support client visits and ensure site readiness for audits
