Pet Groomer

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in grooming a variety of breeds, excellent animal-handling skills, and a genuine love for pets. You will be responsible for providing grooming services that ensure pets look and feel their best while maintaining a safe and stress-free environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and de-shedding.
• Handle pets gently and with care to ensure their comfort and safety.
• Assess pets for any skin conditions, parasites, or abnormalities and inform owners.
• Maintain grooming tools, equipment, and workstations in a clean and sanitized condition.
• Communicate with pet owners about grooming preferences, special needs, and aftercare.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent injury to pets and staff.
• Manage grooming appointments and maintain punctual service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pet Groomer or relevant certification/training.
• Knowledge of grooming techniques for different breeds.
• Patience and compassion when working with animals.
• Physical ability to handle pets of various sizes and temperaments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in pet grooming from a recognized institution.
• Experience with handling anxious or aggressive pets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
