The Store Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, and managing inventory. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the store's visual appearance, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills Excellent Communication skills Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Previous experience in a similar role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in management or related field is desirable
