About the Role: We are looking for an experienced South Indian Cook with strong skills in non-vegetarian dishes. This is a full-time role in our busy cloud kitchen in Gurgaon. You will be responsible for preparing gravies, dishes on the tawa, and deep-fried items, ensuring high taste and hygiene standards for every order. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook South Indian non-veg dishes (gravies, in tawa, and fried items) Ensure orders are delivered on time and as per standard recipes Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety rules in the kitchen Work as a team player with the existent kitchen team Assist in managing prep work and ingredients when needed Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in South Indian cooking Must have experience with non-vegetarian dishes Skilled in using range, tawa, and fryer Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and follow instructions
