Job Description: Pest Free Environment, a leading and trusted pest control company with a presence across Uttarakhand, is hiring a Business Development Associate for its Dehradun branch. We're seeking a proactive, target-oriented individual with a passion for field sales and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and convert them into business for pest control services (residential and commercial). Meet potential clients including households, hotels, offices, service centers, and builders. Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent after-sales service. Achieve monthly sales targets with a proven sales-driven approach. Regular reporting to the Business Development Manager. Requirements: Proven sales record in field sales, preferably in pest control, FMCG, or services industry. Two-wheeler is compulsory. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
