Generating and managing a strong sales pipeline through cold visits, field marketing, and relationship building will be crucial. Additionally, delivering persuasive pitches and demos to school principals, CSR heads, and HR teams, achieving revenue and partnership targets, and collaborating closely with operations and clinical teams for seamless execution post-signup are key responsibilities. We are seeking a candidate with 1-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, insurance, or EdTech, who possesses strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi. Being self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently is essential. Building trust quickly with school management and corporate decision-makers, as well as comfort with basic reporting tools like Google Sheets and CRM tools, are also desired qualities. About the role: Business Development Intern (Sales): As a Business Development Intern, you will join our top-of-the-funnel sales team, engaging in lead generation for residential plot sales. This internship program offers intensive training and hands-on sales experience, under the mentorship of experienced Sales Directors and Business Development Executives. Successful interns who meet targets and demonstrate strong communication skills will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Business Development Executive role with growth incentives. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in product and CRM training, master call scripts, and engage in real-life mock sales calls. - Conduct daily outbound calls to potential buyers, introduce our projects, and address basic inquiries. - Identify buyer needs, budgets, and preferences to align them with our property offerings. - Convert warm leads into qualified site visits and coordinate visit logistics. - Maintain regular communication with leads, ensure engagement, and update CRM records promptly. - Embrace feedback, continuously improve your skills, and collaborate closely with your mentor to enhance your sales pitch. Learning Opportunities: - Gain hands-on experience and mentorship from sales professionals during live site visits to observe real-time deal closure techniques. - Enhance sales skills through ongoing feedback, focusing on persuasive pitching, negotiation tactics, and objection handling. - Learn how to transform interest into trust and trust into bookings effectively. Qualifications: - Proficient in verbal communication in English and Hindi, with the ability to articulate clearly, actively listen, and engage prospects confidently. - Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business, Marketing preferred), with final-year students or recent graduates eligible to apply. - Prior experience in sales/marketing is not mandatory but advantageous. A passion for real estate and sales is essential. - High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable making outbound calls in volume. Basic understanding of sales principles and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is beneficial. - Local knowledge of Noida/NCR is preferred but not mandatory, along with a willingness to travel locally as needed. - Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to learn are crucial attributes for success in this role. Performance Criteria during Internship: - Schedule a minimum of 8 qualified site visits during the internship. - Demonstrate quality communication skills, assessed through call recordings and feedback from Directors. - Active participation in training sessions. - Teamwork and adherence to processes, including CRM updates and reporting. Compensation & Growth Opportunity: - Receive a fixed monthly stipend during the 2-month internship program. - High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time Business Development Executive role. - Full-time salary with performance-based incentives upon confirmation into the BDE role after successfully completing the internship and achieving set targets. - Top performers may be fast-tracked for promotions and higher incentives within a year of joining.
