About The Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Administrator IT Operations to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring system uptime, supporting end user devices, and maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring optimal performance of hardware, software, and networks. Manage laptop provisioning, software installation, upgrades, and maintenance. Handle user access management onboarding, offboarding, and role-based access control across systems and tools. Provide support for both Mumbai and Bangalore offices (~1000 users across locations). Support remote teams as well. Review IT infrastructure and provide improvement recommendations following best practices : Administer both Mac & Windows systems.
