Qualification: Education: Master’s degree in human resources management, business management, or related field. Experience: 12+ years in HR operations or shared services, with significant experience in leading initiatives related to organizational culture, critical skills, leadership principles, and employee development, learning & development, leadership courses, leadership assessments, performance management, supplier relations including purchases, cost management and recharges.
