Your expertise should include designing and setting up A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns using Optimizely Web and Feature Experimentation. Collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and developers to define hypotheses, KPIs, and success metrics for experiments is essential. Monitoring test performance, conducting analyses, and sharing insights with stakeholders are key responsibilities. Additionally, accuracy in experiment implementation through QA and debugging is crucial. You will work closely with developers to ensure the integration of tracking requirements and data layers as needed. Documenting learnings, contributing to the experimentation knowledge base, and staying updated with experimentation best practices and new Optimizely capabilities are part of the role. Proficiency in A/B testing, statistical analysis, interpreting test results, and using web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is required. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript debugging is preferred. In the realm of Google Analytics Reports, you will develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and automated insights for stakeholders. Conducting in-depth analyses to identify user behavior trends, funnel drop-offs, and conversion optimizations is crucial. Expertise in GA4 properties, events, custom dimensions, BigQuery exports, and GA4 Explore is necessary. You will also be responsible for presenting clear, actionable findings and recommendations to senior leadership and should have experience in writing SQL queries in BigQuery. General skills required include excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and presentation abilities. Knowledge in Tag management systems like Tealium Tag Manager will be beneficial for this role.,
