As a Personality Development Trainer working with children aged 6 to 18, your role is crucial in creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment that fosters the overall growth of each child. You will be responsible for developing and delivering interactive personality development sessions, maintaining a positive classroom environment, providing emotional and physical support to children, and assisting in program development and implementation. - Develop and deliver interactive personality development sessions tailored to children ages 6 to 18. - Establish a friendly rapport with children to encourage trust and open communication. - Act as a positive role model, inspiring children to express themselves and build self-confidence. - Maintain a positive, energetic, and nurturing classroom environment. - Provide emotional support to help children feel safe and unpressured during class activities. - Assist in planning and executing creative activities that encourage leadership, teamwork, and personal growth. - Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and a positive, supportive approach. - Demonstrated calmness and patience in managing young children in a learning environment. - Ability to connect with kids on a personal and friendly level, fostering a safe space where they feel comfortable to open up. - Strong verbal communication skills with clear command over the English language. - Emotional intelligence and empathy, ensuring that no child feels pressured or overwhelmed. - Physically fit and capable of engaging in active, hands-on activities with children. - Knowledge of safe physical interactions, including understanding the concepts of good touch and bad touch. - Prior experience in childcare, teaching, or a related field is preferred. The role involves regular interaction with children in a classroom or activity center environment. Occasional physical activity is required to engage with children during interactive sessions.
