This role blends standard L&D responsibilities with focused language and exam coaching Role & responsibilities - Night Shift EST time Canada & USA IELTS Training Duties: Conduct IELTS preparation classes for employees targeting international certification (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking). Design training plans based on individual or group performance levels. Provide mock tests, evaluation reports, and progress feedback. Guide employees on exam registration, strategy, and time management. Stay up to date with IELTS exam formats and assessment criteria. L&D Duties: Conduct soft skills training sessions, including business communication, email etiquette, presentation skills, and interpersonal effectiveness. Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify training needs. Design and deliver workshops or digital learning modules aligned with organizational goals.
