Personal Trainer

We are seeking a certified and motivated Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. You will design customized fitness programs, guide clients toward achieving their goals, and ensure a safe, motivating workout environment. You’ll play a key role in client retention, satisfaction, and overall gym success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments to understand clients’ physical health, needs, and goals
• Create personalized training programs based on client objectives (weight loss, muscle gain, endurance, etc.)
• Instruct clients on correct exercise techniques, posture, and equipment use
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
• Motivate clients and provide consistent feedback and accountability
• Ensure a safe, clean, and positive workout environment
• Track session logs and maintain accurate client records
• Enforce all gym policies and health/safety guidelines
• Support gym-wide promotions, events, and member retention efforts
• Stay updated on fitness trends, certifications, and techniques
• Potentially lead small group training sessions or fitness classes
