We are expanding our concierge business and are looking for dedicated resources to enable physical shopping, gifting, couriering, and other in-person services. The role requires individuals who can understand customer requests and visit physical stores or establishments to fulfil them. To begin with, we require 2 full-time resources (FTEs) , each working 89 hours a day. The schedule will cover all 7 days of the week, with each associate working 6 days, ensuring seamless coverage even during leaves or unavailability. Key Responsibilities: Fulfil requests from our premium member base, including: Shopping for select items from physical stores of the members preference (Pan India) Couriering items from point A to point B within the city/region Placing requests in person on behalf of members, wherever permitted by vendors or establishments Interact professionally with HNI customers and luxury brand establishments to complete requests Ensure timely updates and high-quality service delivery Qualifications: Any Bachelors degree Strong knowledge of city layouts, shopping districts, and popular locations (Pan India cities) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Presentable and confident in engaging with premium customers and luxury establishments Work Schedule: 6 days a week (rotational shifts to ensure 7-day coverage) 89 hours per day For More Details Please contact amesh.krp@cielhr.com or 9809328109
