We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing customers to increase sales of retail mortgages. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a network of contacts within the community to promote the bank's brand. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in retail mortgages and sales. Strong knowledge of inclusive banking principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
