Personal Loan Sales Manager (DSA Channel)

Role & responsibilities

As a sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our personal loan business. You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, analysing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering a positive brand image.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, providing regular performance feedback and coaching.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve personal loan sales targets.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
• Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts and enhance overall customer experience.
• Stay updated with industry developments and best practices, attending relevant training and workshops as required.
• Prepare and present sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in business, Sales, or a related field.
• Must have hands-on experience in
